Payments & Refunds
Full payment is required before printing. Refunds are available within 24 hours after payment and without print approval and/or finalization of the customer. No cancellations and no refunds on all orders after digital soft proof is finalized and/or approved for print by the customer. No refunds on all orders upon the project being processed.
ThePrintBoy.com, its employees, professional partners, and management shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses, including but not limited to loss of income or profits, arising from the use of our services or products.
By making a payment and submitting an order, you fully understand and agree to waive any rights to dispute payment charges as well as to waive any of your rights to bring any form of legal actions against ThePrintBoy.com, all of its employees, professional partners, the management, and to hold us (ThePrintBoy.com) harmless from any type of claims, demands, or damages, including attorney's fees, arising from your use of our services or/and usage of produced media/products.
Files Submission
When you submit files for printing, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to use and reproduce the files. You also acknowledge that ThePrintBoy.com does not verify the accuracy, legality, or quality of the files you submit. We reserve the right to reject any files that we believe are inappropriate or violate our policies.
You also acknowledge that ThePrintBoy.com and its employees and management cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided by the customer, including but not limited to typographical errors, wrong color applications, wrong information placements after print approval, incorrect file formats, unwanted artifacts, and image resolution reduction.
Product Print Quality
We strive to provide high-quality printing services and use industry-standard equipment and materials. However, we cannot guarantee the exact color, texture, or finish of your printed materials, with your current physical copy, in an event that a precise to-the-dot color and texture matching is requested in your print order, due to variations in printing processes, materials, exposure of the original physical copy to, dust, humidity, heat, cold, and other specifications that may have altered its original form. We also cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the files you submit for printing after print approval.
You (the client) agree that ThePrintBoy.com and its employees/management shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of our printing, graphic design services or products.
Delivery and Shipping
All orders are shipped directly to customers and ThePrintBoy.com and its employees and management are not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed deliveries. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method used. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carriers. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Use of Printed Material for Personal Advertising
ThePrintBoy.com reserves the right to use printed material for personal advertising on social media and on the website to be shown as samples. By submitting your files for printing, you acknowledge that your printed material may be used for these purposes. If you do not wish to have your printed material used for personalized advertising, please contact us via email at order@theprintboy.com.
Limitation of Liability
